Wine Rack

Robert W. Tolf | 10/1/2004
Epcot begins popping the first corks this month on its ninth annual International Food and Wine Festival -- the world's largest and longest -- and will keep popping them until Nov. 14. More than 100 wineries (from California, Oregon, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, South America and South Africa) offer up to 1,200 wine and beer seminars with complimentary tastings. The Bordeaux Wine School U.S.A., the Australian Wine School, Banfi Italian Wine School and the Napa Valley Wine School are present and pouring. There are food and wine pairings at the pavilions and special reservation-only evenings featuring Walt Disney World Resort chefs' five-course dinners and winemakers showcasing their wines.

More information about the festival is available online at wdwinfo.com.
